KIEE Summer Conference
At the KIEE Summer Conference workshop, the C2 GRID HUB Research Center presented its vision and workforce development plan, along with an AI agent–based HVDC system analysis tool. Researchers presented posters, and Chanho Ji received a Best Paper Award for his study.

From July 8 to 10, at the Workforce Development Workshop held during the KIEE Summer Conference, Professor Kyeon Hur presented the vision and workforce development plan of the C2 GRID HUB Research Center, while Dr. Heejin Kim discussed the development direction and potential applications of an AI agent-based HVDC system analysis tool. This was followed by a panel discussion involving experts from industry, academia, and research institutions, who exchanged views on workforce development in the power systems field, industry needs, the practical application of research outcomes, and inter-organizational collaboration. Researchers attending the conference also presented posters. Among them, Chanho Ji received a Best Paper Award for his study titled “Ambient PMU-Based Low-Frequency Oscillation Mode Estimation Using SSI-COV and TDA Clustering.”
